All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. MightyCovers.com shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors. While great care is given to our site and publications, errors do sometimes arise and for that we apologize.
We have made a concerted effort to provide images that accurately represent the actual color, style, size & shape of each product. However, due to all the possible variants — light source, monitor quality, etc. — we can not guarantee that these images accurately represent the actual colors of the product. In many cases, a sample can be ordered for your perusal prior to a purchase. In these cases, the purchase price of the samples will be deducted from your purchase price if you do decide to purchase. Products returned due to color variances will still be considered a return of a non-defective item.
Any merchandise returned without the RMA# number and not sent freight paid will be refused. Please see complete policy below.
All custom order merchandise is made to the customers specifications. Therefore all sales are final and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Standard Sized Sunbrella and Commercial 95 Shade Sails are made when ordered due to the amount of sizes and colors that we offer. And since we may never get another order for a particular size or color again, Standard size shade sails are Custom Made Shade Sails and they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to manufacturing tolerances and fabric stretch, finished shade sail dimensions may vary 1.5″ +/-.
The return of a non-defective item
All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the box. Returns to be authorized, must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or 10 days of receipt of order, whichever is later. Non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging, in condition allowing it to be resold. A 15% restocking fee, and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise unless other prior arrangements have been made with MightyCovers.com. All Product orders are considered valid until canceled. Orders not cancelled and cancellation acknowledged by MightyCovers.com prior to shipping will incur shipping charges and processing fees when merchandise is returned as per above..
No returns will be allowed if shipped by truck line, unless buyer pays freight both ways. Warranty service from the manufacturer’s field warranty service centers is how these defective products will be handled or repaired. All orders must be inspected at time of delivery and damaged items must be refused at time of delivery. If customer accepts delivery and later finds damage, then the customer must file a claim with the shipping company.
All Shipping of larger items that are delivered by common carrier freight (Truck), are to curbside only. The receiver is responsible for unloading the merchandise from the truck and should make arrangements to have some help when order is delivered. Items that declare “Free Shipping” or “Shipping Included” are for the contiguous 48 states only. A shipping surcharge may apply to orders for Hawaii and Alaska and some extremely remote areas of the country.
Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. MightyCovers.com is not responsible for these occurrences. Any Shortage or damage To Shipped items should be Reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Any shortages and damaged items are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported within 48hrs of receipt, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage. We will assist you in anyway possible.
All shipping costs are estimated when you order. If they are different from your online order form you will be notified via E-mail of actual cost. Lift gate service is available for an additional $150.00 and must be requested prior to delivery. Saturday deliveries will be charged an additional $250.00.
Shipping charges by UPS, FedEx or other shipping carriers are for freight only. There may be additional charges charged by the government and brokered by UPS, FedEx or other shipping carriers. We do not know what these charges will be and these charges will be the responsibility of the customer and not MightyCovers.com
MightyCovers.com does not express or imply any warranty. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. MightyCovers.com expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.

Orders by Tennessee Residents may be subject to normal TN state sales tax on all sales. These monies will be in addition to and not already reflected in the pricing.
